In today’s release we improved your dashboard insights, added a new way for users to login in your community and improved the community settings in your dashboard.
We have improved your dashboard insights by adding 3 new insights. These are called KPIs (Key performance indicators) which include:
- User activity. This shows the amount of unique users that were active in your community in a selected date range.
- User generated content vs Admin created content. This shows the amount of user created posts vs the amount of admin created posts in a selected date range.
- New users with a completed profile. This shows the amount of new users that have completed their profile in a selected date range.
A complete profile is determined by a percentage of filled in fields of a user profile. This percentage can be set from the Community settings page under the section ‘Dashboard Insights’ and has a default of 50%.
You can now let your existing users login to your community with their Google account. You can enable this feature in the ‘Community settings‘. We have added a support document with detailed instruction on how to setup this new feature.
We have given the community settings page in your dashboard a new look. The settings are now categorized in a number of tabs called: Site, Community, Users and Content. This way settings can be easily found.
