In this week’s release we added several new features to your community. This includes leaving organizations, skill suggestions, allowing users to delete their own posts and allowing users to access library items without logging in. Lastly we also fixed some bugs.
Your community users now have the option to leave organizations. The organization detail page now has a ‘Leave organization’ button. This either prompts a user to transfer their ownership of the organzation to another user or let’s the user leave if he/she is not an owner.
When users are editing their profile they can add their skills. From now on a list of suggested skills (ordered by popularity) will show up when a user is entering a new skill. This way users are more inclined to choose one of the suggested skills which also improves searchability of users in your community.
Users now have the ability to delete their own posts in your community. A new ‘Delete’ option has been added to the post menu that can be accessed by clicking the three ‘dots’ on a post card or the post detail page.
From the create or update page of a library item in your dashboard, you now have the option to allow users to access library items without logging in.
- Some invoices were not showing up on the billing acount and subscription pages in your dashboard. This is now fixed.
- Fixed issue where in certain browsers the text of a notification item on the notifications page in your community was not wrapped correctly.
